Money magazine recently ranked Parker Colorado as the 26th best place to live in its 2007 survey of the best places to live in the United States. The ranking is based on several factors including the school system, crime rate, number of things to do, economic opportunity, and more. Towns with populations from 7,500 to 50,000 were included as potential candidates.

Wildlife is most abundant in the fall and winter when it moves from the eastern plains toward the city. However, most any time of year some wildlife can be easily found. The best places to look are near the eastern edges of town and within the open spaces in town.
